HATHA ALL LEVELS
Step into Class
A great class for individuals of all levels and abilities. Instruction is broken down, with extra attention to details and alignment. Props are incorporated to help students to find steadiness and ease in the yoga postures. Hatha classes give students a good foundation and instructs practitioners to modify or progress in poses accordingly.
SLOW FLOW
Surrender to Your Mat
Offers a slower, introductory approach to vinyasa yoga. We will move through a sequence of poses at a slow, mindful pace.


YIN YOGA
Relax and Renew
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for a longer period of time. These poses apply a moderate amount of stress to the connective tissues of the body-the tendons, fascia, and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation into the joints & improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness and inner silence.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Renew & Relax
Restorative poses will be practiced exclusively. Classes are designed for those who need to reduce stress and support the immune system. Props will be used to support the body in various ways to facilitate healing.
